Euphoria Introduces Advanced Audio Recognition in Its New System
At Euphoria Media Group, maintaining a trusted and reliable distribution environment is one of our core priorities. As part of our system rollout, we are integrating audio recognition technology from ACRCloud to strengthen content verification and help prevent unauthorised uploads before they reach digital platforms.
About ACRCloud
ACRCloud is a leading provider of audio recognition services, offering capabilities such as music identification, copyright compliance verification, cover song detection, AI music detection, and broadcast monitoring. Its fingerprinting database, which contains over 180 million tracks, supports a wide range of global platforms and technology companies, including TikTok, Anghami, KKBOX, Audiomack, Deezer, and Musixmatch. This scale and industry adoption enable a high level of accuracy in identifying audio content across diverse use cases.
Content-Level Verification
Traditionally, content verification relies heavily on metadata provided during the upload process. With ACRCloud integration, Euphoria can also verify content directly from the audio itself.
When a track is submitted, the audio is scanned against ACRCloud’s fingerprint database to identify potential matches with existing recordings. The system then returns relevant information, including ownership-related metadata, allowing our team to assess whether the content appears to be original or may contain copyrighted material belonging to another rights holder.
Detecting Issues Before Distribution
By integrating audio recognition directly into our review workflow, potential issues can be identified before content is delivered to DSPs.
This helps us detect duplicate recordings, unauthorised re-uploads, and other suspicious submissions that may not be apparent through metadata checks alone. Audio-level verification adds another layer of protection, enabling more accurate and consistent content review.
Protecting Rights Holders
The integration also helps strengthen protection for legitimate rights holders. As more content is referenced through the system, potential misuse of recordings can be identified more effectively during future submissions.
By detecting possible conflicts earlier in the distribution process, we can help reduce infringement risks and support a healthier digital music ecosystem.
Building a More Trusted Distribution Environment
The partnership between Euphoria Media Group and ACRCloud reflects a shared commitment to improving content integrity across the music industry. By combining scalable distribution infrastructure with industry-leading audio recognition technology, we are building a stronger verification framework that helps ensure only authorised content is distributed.
This is another step forward in our mission to provide a reliable, transparent, and trusted platform for artists, labels, and rights holders worldwide.
